Purchased these speakers, along with the matching center channel, through Amazon from Vanns. The original price for these was $1199 a pair, and I got these for less than half of that. For the money - a phemominal purchase! Very clean and accurate speakers, especially after about 30 hrs of break-in. The finish is absolutely gorgeous, and their size (40" high) is just right for my media setup. Obviously these are not strong in the lower bass range, but when matched to a good subwoofer, they really sound great. At their original retail price, I would maybe have to think twice about the purchase, but at their current sales price - they are an absolute steal. You can't go wrong with these. On a side note, Vann's delivered quick, and on time. When they arrived, both tall speakers were packaged together in a HUGE box that looked like it could have rolled out of the back of the truck. Nevertheless, the contents inside were intact and without a scratch. Very happy with my purchase, and I will definitely buy from Vann's/Amazon again.

These were used as replacement speakers for both my speakers from my surround sound system (which were smaller Klpisch speakers) and my main stereo speakers (which were Pioneer speakers- 1-15" woofer, 2-4" mid-range, 2 tweeters and 1 pizo-like tweeter). I should add that I used these for mids and highs as I have a sub-woofer (and was also using the Pioneer speakers for the mid-range). The sound is absolutely crystal clear and love the dispersion on the horn (not that I need it in my living room). I'm only pushing 100W into the 125W speakers so I feel I will never blow them out (and I do like it loud).

I have the cabernet finish which is so much nicer than just black. It adds life to my living room.

Bottom Line: Couldn't be happier with my choice.

PS I had my Pioneer speakers for over 30 years so I demand and appreciate great quality sound and longevity.

I bought these speakers to replace a pair of Bose 901s, I loved the 901s and I like the WF-34 even more. They make much more bass than you would think with the small size of the drivers, especially for music, I do use a Klipsch 12" sub woofer for video and TV. Not only do they sound great but the cabinets have a high end furniture quality finish and look great. I am very happy and will enjoy them for years to come...................................

These speakers were excellent value for the price, arrived quickly and in good shape, do indeed look as great as many reviews assert, and produce wonderful sound. However, I am not super super picky about sound: It matters a lot to me, but I am not an audiophile and the room is not acoustically great (very high ceilings, lots of objects in the room, carpeting). Given the circumstances, I am 100% delighted with the sound.

I've had these for a little over a year. I couldn't be happier. They sound great just listening to tv, or while watching a movie. They sound great loud and don't distort, I love them, my downstairs neighbors on the other like to slam a broom against the ceiling... must be crystal clear for them downstairs too.

Purchased the Klipsch for my multi-media cave and the only dissapointment so far is finding the right amplifier to get the most out of the WF-34's. Since it's in my nature, my only complaint is the condition of the shipping boxes. When it arrived the boxes were so badly damaged I almost refused the order, but after unpacking the speakers there was not even a scratch. I would recommend the Klipsch WF-34 speakers, price was great and delivery was early.

I replaced an Infinity & Yamaha system that was a few years old with these and a Denon AVR-1911 ( I ordered an AVR1910 the vendor said they were out of it due to high demand so they upgraded it for free!). I am absolutely pleased with the sound. I can't wait to watch any and every movie or show now!I can't wait to get the center channel speaker next to replace mine! I normally wouldn't purchase speakers without listening to them but I trust the Klipsch name and I have a pair of their computer speaker /subwoofer & they rock! I am very satisfied with my purchase it's a great deal & they are beautiful looking also! The one negative- I will probably never hear the doorbell again!
