Like a few other of this company's free ebooks - you get what you pay for! I can't complain too much as it's free and it wasn't a complete loss (hence the 3 stars), but didn't really deliver in my opinion. It seemed more like a couple of articles that were showcasing the author's website and other products. I much preferred the more comprehensive Get Organized And Clutter-Free! Simple Tips And Techniques To Organize And De-Clutter Your Work, Life, And Home. Plus BONUS 77 Time-Saving Life Organization Tips which, although it isn't free is really good value as it gave me lots more useful and actionable hints and tips than this ebook… Read more

Ok, but the formatting is terrible!, June 23, 2011

As I'm from the South, I can certainly say that one or two of these recipes are OK...but the trouble is it took me forever to find them as the formatting is all over the place, and, without a proper table of contents, it took me forever to page through to anything I wanted to see!!

In effective, it's too much trouble to find what I needed, and I much prefer Grandma Betty's excellent (and well formatted with a clickable table of contents!) The Southern Country Family Cookbook: 118 Homemade Old Fashioned Recipes From The American South as it has some great recipes and I can find the recipes really easily!!

Not technically Southern, but not bad..., June 21, 2011

OK. I agree that many of the recipes and descriptions in here aren't exactly 'spot-on' Southern - but for something for free, what would you expect? If nothing else, I got a few variations on recipes I was already aware of, but that was it. For me, a much better Southern-style cookbook is Grandma Betty's The Southern Country Family Cookbook: 118 Homemade Old Fashioned Recipes From The American South which has got some fantastic recipes in, and well worth it in my opinion.
